page 1-   64.7 Percent of the Florida state voters amended the Florida
Constitution to provide equal ballot access laws for all parties, major and
minor.   (Most U.S. States are notorious for having unequal ballot access laws
for the Democrats, Republicans and new and minor parties).

page 2-    53 Percent of the voters in Santa Clara County, California passed
Measure F giving authority to the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors to
use the Instant Run-Off method for elections of county supervisors.
