ACE Encyclopedia

The Administration and Cost of Elections (ACE) Encyclopedia is being produced
by the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES), the United
Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN-DESA) and the
International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA).

The Encyclopedia will have about 5,000 pages of text and be put on the
internet in late 1998 (for free) and on CD-ROMs.
