Archive shuffling

There's good news and bad news on the archives for this mailing list.  The
bad news is that I ran out of space to keep all of 1996 in HyperNews form.
The good news is that I've made the raw mailbox format available for
everything back to the beginning of this list (i.e. all of 1996 and
beyond) since I have to keep those anyway.  Further good news is that the
archives are fully up to date.
