Dear DEMOREP,

     I just had to write and tell everyone what I like about your latest
election method alternative.

     I like the fact that you are suggesting the use of the SAME
share(quota) in all the districts (TV/TS).

     Outside of myself, I have not seen anyone talk about this let alone
advocate its use.

     Keep up the good work.

P.S.  The problem about the independents being unlikely to win a seat can
be solved by having an automatic list for independent candidates -
something like a party list and worked like a party list.
