Australian Multi-Member Multi-Constituency Elections

Ian,

I am interested in the Australian PR elections that use a number of
multi-member constituencies. I would like to compare the party
proportionality of the voters to the party proportionality of the elected
members. I would be looking for any differences. Can you point me to where
I could find this information?

I went to the Tasmania Parliament web site but I was unable to find
any information dealing with election returns.
http://www.parliament.tas.gov.au
They have a link titled "Elections" but it was no help.

I feel that there will be differences because of the following factors:

One: Gerrymandering - if the number of members is less than seven per
          constituency.

Two: The use of the Droop Quota - which disqualifies one quota of the
          vote per constituency.

Three: A different size quota for each constituency.

These factors will unbalance the party proportionality of the election.

Regards,
Donald
