Let's rename Smith-Condorcet

Good idea.  Whatever name has got to be sufficiently distinctive not to
cause confusion.  A catchy acronym that spells a nice term like "WIN" as
opposed to "RATS" would be good.

Some terms to consider:
Primary-free
Majority
Fair
Ranked
Complete

Rather feeble attempts at an acronym:
Ranked Instant Primary Elections (RIPE)
Ranked Instant Majority (RIM)

Acronyms to avoid:
Complete, Ranked and Primaryless
