The G-S theorem also belongs in an EM FAQ after (a) a statement of what
election methods exist for the various legislative, executive and judicial
offices and their obvious defects (such as plurality nominations and
elections, gerrymander minority rule, etc.), (b) the various other election
methods and their merits and obvious and not so obvious defects (with
examples) and (c) the various election related theories-- Arrow, G-S, etc.
(noting that your friendly average fellow citizen will have no detailed
comprehension whatever about any theory no matter how many times he/she is
told about it--- the average political IQ score is 100 by definition and not
about 150 as on this list).
