I've been asked to help the Pasadena League of Women Voters prepare
a seminar on proportional representation, Condorcet single-winner
voting, and campaign finance reform.  So I won't have time during
the next 6-7 weeks to participate in most of the maillists to which
I'm subscribed.  

Since I'm "list owner" of the elections-reform list, I'll continue to
monitor it for problems and requests.

If anyone wishes to help research selected topics for the seminar, 
please let me know privately.
