Since I will be teaching Reynolds v Sims in my election law class in 2
weeks, I would be interested in your ideas on the "seemingly glaring
logical errors made by the Supreme Court in the Reynolds v Sims (1964)
decision."  I have my own ideas about the problems in that case.
