Circular Tie Percentages???

Dear Condorcet People,

Do any of you have any figures on what percent of Condorcet elections will
end in a Circular Tie?

I ask because one day I was constructing a number of Condorcet examples at
random and I noticed that about fifty percent of my examples turned out to
be Circular Ties.

True - my examples were few in number to be considered a valid sampling -
but it did lead me to think that some figure like twenty percent would
still be too high to accept.
