Head to Head and Majority Winners

For elementary FAQ purposes, I note that with just two candidates (or
choices), there is both (a) a head to head pairing and (b) a majority of all
ballots (MOAB) winner (i.e. a majority of first (and only) choice votes
determines the winner) (assuming no truncated ballots with nonvotes).

Such two aspects of voting in the two candidate (choice) case are why head to
head pairings and majority winners are critical when there are more than two
candidates (choices).
