LO2E1 is similar to GMC, and it can be neatened up in the same way.

LO2E1 (overall):

A method meets LO2E1 (overall) if & only if, when a majority, M,
of the voters rank the alternative(s) in some set S1 over the
alternative(s) in set S2, this ensures that no alternative in S2
will win, provided that order-reversal isn't used on a scale sufficient
to order-reversal isn't done on a scale sufficient to change the
election result, and that not every alternative in the Smith set
has another alternative preferred to it by a majority.

LO2E1 (CW):

Replace what follows "provided that..." with "... there's a
Condorcet winner".

LO2E1 (non-compound):

Replace the last clause, beginning with "..and that..." with
"...and that not every alternative in the set from which that
method is to choose has another alternative preferred to it
by a majority".

Smith//Condorcet meets LO2E1 (overall) & LO2E1 (CW).
Plain Condorcet meets LO2E1 (non-compound) & LO2E1 (CW).

Copeland & Regular Champion meet no version of LO2E1, and they
also don't even come close to meeting LO2E2.
