Condorcet's mathematical built-in bias

It appears that some EM folk do not know how Condorcet operates.

Namely in a three candidate election, the first and second choice votes are
combined for purposes of doing head to head comparisons.

If X percent of the voters voted a first choice for candidate Y, then
obviously 100-X percent of the voters can vote a second choice for candidate
Y.
Obviously 100 percent of the voters can vote a first choice plus a second
choice for each candidate if such voters want to do so.

The general case is that with N or more candidates, the choices at the N-1
levels that rank a candidate over a lower ranked candidate all may add up to
100 percent of the voters.
Thus, there is no bias whatever.
