My IRO typo

There's a typo in my definition of Instant Runoff, in my
most recent message. I said something other than what I meant.
Here's what I meant to say:

Instant-Runoff (If equal ranks aren't permitted):

Repeatedly, eliminate from the rankings the alternative occupying
highest position in fewest rankings. If at any time 1 alternative
occupies highest position in a majority of the rankings then it
wins.
