Hi, all.

Those in the DC area may be interested to know that Larry Diamond is coming
to talk at Georgetown University on October 25. This in advance of a
forthcoming book.

Diamond is an expert on democracy, democratization, foreign aid and foreign
policy. The burgeoning democracy promotion industry can trace many of its
origins to his work.
