My point is that, in this case, I do not consider three as being 
better then two. I see no difference between the two numbers because 
one cannot reasonably assume that there would never be a forth, 
fifth, sixth, etc. legitimate party.

In which case, IRV is equivalent to Plurality as it too would deny a 
voice to certain segments of the population.
