[EM] CW maximizes SU in several dimensions, with assumptions

With more than 1 dimension, if voters are distributed about a point called 
the center in such as way that their population density distribution along 
every ray leading from the center is the same, then the CW is the SU 
maximizer.

It seems to me that stronger statements than that have been demonstrated to 
be true. Maybe that a candidate at a point that is median with respect to 
each of the dimensions is CW and SU maximizer.
