I said:

Ties are solved by having all the rankings give an Approval vote to each of
their ranked candidates.

That should say "...to each of their ranked candidates who are in the tie".

So it should say:

Ties are solved by having all the rankings give an Approval vote to each of 
their ranked candidates who are in the tie.
