Ranked Pairs cannot choose decisively a candidate who isn't in
the Schwartz set. Whether a candidate who isn't in the Schwartz
set can be a random winner depends on how indecisive situations
By the way: In Eric's example, the Schwartz set consists of
A, B, C, D, and F and Ranked Pairs is indecisive between
A, B, C, and D. Therefore, there isn't anything "unaesthetical"
in Eric's example.
