Forest is correct.

I found out if I want to get better at one type of bond math, I should learn
"Sigma Algebra"

And I bought the "For All Practical Purposes" episode on voting, which can
be used as a 30-60 minute introduction to the topic for _anyone_ who is
willing to not be put off by the low production value

Josh (as I understood him) was asking which mathematical disciplines would
be most useful for someone like him to study in order to better understand
the technical aspects of election methods.

My list omitted the most important of all: Game Theory, in particular,
N-Person Game Theory (if not differential game theory).

[Differential Game theory would be ideal for the continuous (joy stick)
version of the CRAB race method.]
