I have calculated that exactly 4/45, or approx 8.89%, of all possible
profiles with rational voters yield a B>A>C BC outcome, while the
Majority Vote (Condorcet) outcome is A>B>C. This is based on the
"Representation Cube" which is described in Donald Saari's textbook,
_Basic Geometry of Voting_. Does anyone here know the proportion of
all possible profiles (collection of fully ranked ballots) which
yield a cyclic or intransitive Majority Vote outcome?
Thank you,
