Cloneness is like unanimity on *disputable* issues -- very scarce -- 
especially in *large* elections.

A range of possible results --

100 A > B
0    B > A

99 A > B
1  B > A

Etc.

51 A > B
49 B > A

Etc

51 B > A
49 A > B

Etc. 

99 B > A
1 A > B

100 B > A
   0  A > B

A and B are not exactly clones just by being next to each other even in the 
100 to 0 cases.
