The central problem of voting theory is insincerity- the divergence of the
best vote from the directed vote.
---
D- Such problems happens due to the possibility having divided majorities if
there are 3 or more choices --- a variant of Mr. Arrow's observations.

26 ABC
25 BAC
49 C

Do some of the minority C voters may an *insincere* second choice ???

Who cares ??? The sun will still rise and set if some (or all) of such C
voters make second choices (truthful or lying).

Again -- What choice(s) can get YES majorities from the voters (regardless of
any one or more other choices) ???

See my earlier postings regarding the YES/NO table, the head to head table
and the place votes table.
