ANNOUNCING THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE ELECTRONIC JOURNAL OF ELECTRONIC
THEORY, PRACTICE AND REFORM

			EJETPR at eGroups.com

The EJETPR is intended to aid and augment the other lists on electoral
systems on the 'net by providing a place for extensive, mediated articles.
It will educate and empower people, and accelerate progress in the lists,
by providing organised and exhaustive information and discussion about
electoral theory, members' interests and current debates.

At the moment I'm taking a stab in the dark and acting as sole
editor/moderator, but if the EJETPR gets up and running, there is an
adjunct list, EJETPRCommittee, which will be the electoral committee for
EJETPR.

To subscribe, simply send a message to EJETPR-subscribe at eGroups.com.
To submit articles, send them to EJETPR at eGroups.com or to
s349436 at student.uq.edu.au
