Goldfish, a remarkable advance

That's a big advance, having an algorithm that can compute
Schulze's method--the method for which compliance has been
established with the most criteria of importance to us--
quickly & efficiently no matter how many candidates there are.

I've suggested that Schulze's method would surely be the automatic natural
consensus choice for the count rule to use if EM or a Condorcet
organization had to vote on something, and Goldfish 0.3 would
make such a count quick & easy.
