If you mean posting a slightly revised version of my draft, I second 
that.  

I'm sorry about being so slow to finish the method definitions
section (or at least complete the most "important" definitions) but
it has been my intention to get it done, post it here, and then a
few days later (assuming no one requests further revisions) post it
to ER.
