Number of different possible ballots

In calculating the number of possible rankings with 8 or 15
alternatives, I'd ignored the possibility that anyone would
rank more than 1 alternative at the same rank position (other
than by just not ranking them). So my figures allow for short
rankings of all lengths, but not for equally-ranked alternatives.
That's why Bruce's figure for the number of possible rankings is
greater than the figure that I posted, when there are 8
alternatives.
