For completeness, my previous posting, "Consequences of those
basic principles", should also say:

I've shown that compliance with the 2 LO2E criteria that I've
defined follows from compliance with GMC. So that much is needed
in order to accomplish our initial sw reform goal of getting rid
of the LO2E problem, as measured by the benchmark of those 2
LO2E criteria.
