Extension Seconded. Results So Far

I second Steve's proposal about how to extend the polling period. So
, once seconded, it's reasonable to say that it carries unless someone
objects to it.

I've already begun finding the ballots in the EM SW vote, &
forwarding them to Steve. When that is done, the rankings,
without the names of the voters, could be posted together all
in 1 message, along with a statement of the winner so far.
And then would be a good time for anyone who wants to to post
to EM a draft for the report to ER on the voting result.

So far, Smith//Condorcet wins by beating everything. It, so
far, beats its nearest rival, MPV, by 5 to 2. 
Seven ballots have come in so far. Smith//Condorcet, so far,
would win by any of the proposed count methods.
