Getting past the falsification issue

Tobin's recent letter with this subject line states that
various things haven't been demonstrated. But thorough demonstrations
of those things, complete with examples, have been sent to
this list. I've shown that falsified Condorcet violates majorty
rule & doesn't get rid of the LO2E problem, for instance.
I've told why that happens, and I've posted examples.

Tobin, I refer you to the letters that I've already posted.

There has to be some point at which I say that, instead of
endlessly repeating the same replies, because someone can't be
bothered to check out the previous posting of those replies.
