Motion to post voting report

[Mike Ossipoff]

I move that we take Steve's EM voting report, and remove the
part about my saying that MPV is Smith//Condorcet's closest rival,
and add definitions of plain Condorcet, Smith//Condorcet, &
MPV, and post that report to ER.

My motion only proposes including definitions of those 3 methods
because those are the top 3 in our election results, and are
the only methods advocated by significant numbers of people on
EM & ER.

The definitions we use could be (but needn't necessarily be) the
ones in my draft report.
