Addendum on Iterated Condorcet

Actually, referring to the A,B,C,D,E situation I described in
my previous letter, and based on my understanding of the rules
of Iterated Condorcet: While the D voters are moving C up to
1st place, the E voters will be simultaneously moving D up to
1st place, making it impossible for order-reversal to create
a fake majority against D. But since C doesn't have a majority
against him anymore, that might not ensure D's protection. But
it does greatly add to the things that stand in the way of
successful order-reversal. With more than 5 candidates, of
course, it could take longer for 1st place status to filter
down to D on a majority of the ballots.
I just mention this as a further difficulty for offensive
stratgegists in Iterated Condorcet, as if they needed more
difficulty.
